Die FORTA-Liste (Fit fOR The Aged), die erste Positiv-Negativ-Bewertung von Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung älterer Patienten, wurde jetzt digitalisiert. Diese Liste gibt nicht nur die für ältere Patienten untauglichen Arzneimittel wie in einer reinen Negativliste an, sondern benennt auch die nachweislich nützlichen Arzneimittel, ist also auch eine Positivliste. Dieses auf Evidenz und Expertenwissen basierende Hilfsmittel zur Verbesserung der im Alter oft unübersichtlichen Medikation wird ab sofort auch in Form dieser App Ärzten und Apothekern kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
