Your readings are classified using the 2025 AHA/ACC and ESH/ESC guidelines, so you always see your numbers the way your doctor does. Your data stays on your iPhone, synced with Apple Health. We never collect or share your health information. Breathe Before You Measure A guided breathing exercise helps you relax before taking a reading. Five cycles of box breathing — inhale, hold, exhale, hold — each phase four seconds long. The whole thing takes about a minute.
