Ứng dụng cho phép người dân thực hiện gửi yêu cầu khám chữa bệnh tới Trạm y tế xã. Cán bộ y tế tại Trạm y tế xã thực hiện khám và tư vấn sức khỏe cho người dân, đồng thời có thể tạo cuộc gọi đến một hoặc nhiều cán bộ y tế tuyến trên để lấy ý kiến góp ý hỗ trợ cho việc khám chữa bệnh. Cán bộ y tế tuyến trên có thể thực hiện tư vấn và đưa ra góp ý cho các cán bộ y tế tuyến dưới thông qua việc kết nối cuộc gọi tư vấn chăm sóc sức khỏe từ xa. Thông tin khuyến nghị từ ứng dụng chỉ có giá trị tham khảo, người dùng cần tham vấn lời khuyên từ bác sĩ trước khi đưa ra các quyết định.
