Aplicativo para contribuição de leituras de placas com o sistema de monitoramento Smart Sampa, gerenciado pela GCM (Guarda Civil Metropolitana) de São Paulo - SP. Ao se cadastrar no aplicativo, o usuário terá acesso ao modo leitura que, utilizando a câmera do celular, identifica as placas veiculares na imagem e envia diretamente os servidores do Smart Sampa. Um alerta indicando que a placa foi lida aparecerá na tela após cada leitura. Uma mesma placa só será lida denovo após alguns instantes, evitando duplicidade. Além do modo leitura, na página inicial do aplicativo o usuário pode acompanhar seu histórico de leituras e um resumo dos ultimos 30 dias. Ao contribuir com uma placa o usuário está sendo um parceiro da segurança pública!
