Wir sind essbar - Mundraub ist die größte Plattform für die Entdeckung und Nutzung essbarer Landschaften. Mundraub schafft Bewusstsein für Regionalität und Saisonalität und will dich motivieren, deine Umgebung kulinarisch wahrzunehmen und zu nutzen. Die App Mundraub bietet die mobilen Zugang zur Mundraub-Plattform. Auf der mundraub-Karte kannst du Fundorte mit Obstbäumen, Obststräuchern, Nüssen und Kräutern finden oder diese selbst kartieren. Die mundraub-Idee lebt insbesondere davon, dass Menschen wie du einen niedrigschwelligen Einstieg in die essbare Natur in Stadt und Land für sich entdecken. Wir haben zahlreiche Ernte-Aktionen und Streuobstwiesen-Pflanzungen, Schnittkurse oder Saftproduktionen in Stadt und Land organisiert sowie Touren durch die essbare Stadt geleitet.
