LoopMe är ett kommunikations- och måluppföljningsverktyg som används i syfte att öka kvaliteten i individers utvecklingsprocesser samtidigt som det syftar till att effektivisera ledarens/lärarens arbete med att leda flera individer samtidigt. Systemet bygger på principer för sociala medier men är ett internt system optimerat för lärande.
