Log my Care is an intuitive care management platform that helps care providers deliver more Person-centered care. If you’d like a demo, click here [https://www.logmycare.co.uk/book-demo]. The Carer App is where care teams work and deliver care to their service users. The Carer App works alongside the Care Office to form our platform. To get started, you’ll need to sign up here first: logmycare.co.uk/sign-up Once set up, within the Carer App, you’ll be able to: - Log the care you’re delivering, including food, clinical care, activities, incidents, and handovers.
