Los Respiros: Antes de abrir una app improductiva, te aparece una frase pensada para ti y un temporizador. Ahí decides si entrar o no. Mientras scrolleas, te paramos para que decidas si seguir. No bloquea: te hace consciente. Los Bloqueos: Con un solo clic, podrás bloquear el acceso a todas esas aplicaciones que te distraen durante un tiempo seleccionado. Las Rutinas: Se activarán automáticamente bloqueos a esas aplicaciones improductivas en las horas que selecciones.
